ive heard many people say that the extra video ram is usually a gimmick, seeing as you will never need more than 896mb if that. i figure another 275 or co-op 275 will bring the ugly 20-30 fps in the higher end games up to maybe 40-50? in that case would the 250 boost it even more? any input would be apprectiated, because it is a pretty substantial price difference, newegg has the 275s for $260, the co-ops for standard price of $350, and the 1792mb 275s for $290. and cryostasis, yet runs flawlessly at 60-80fps on games like modern warfare 2.
